Winter 2024

Yarn has been removed from the shop (apart from Monkeyface and Friends) while I attend Dornoch Fibre Fest. It should be back in stock by the end of w/b 11 March.

Studio-shed visits are available by appointment. If you’d like to visit please email (mail@blackisleyarns.co.uk) or send a text message (07940100975) to arrange a time and date. Black Isle Yarns is based in the small town of Fortrose on the Black Isle, approximately 30 minutes north of Inverness by car. The travel time is similar by bus and there is a regular service with a stop around 5 minutes walk away.

I will be attending the following shows this year:

Dornoch Fibre Fest – 9th and 10th March, The Woolly Good Gathering Edinburgh – 26th and 27th April, Highland Wool and Textiles – 25th May and Wool@Porstoy – 24th August

Following several lost parcels postage is currently set to ‘Tracked’ for overseas and ‘Signed For’ or ‘Tracked’ for UK orders. If the actual postage cost of an order is much less than the cost charged by the website I will always refund the difference (minus a small amount for the cost of packaging).
