Spring 2026 – The shop is closed

I feel incredibly privileged to have made my living for the last 10 years in working with wool from my local flocks and adding colour to it through an age-old skill. I have been so lucky to work with many special people and would like to thank all who have been involved in Black Isle Yarns – sheep, farmers, mills, hauliers, fellow dyers and yarn producers, yarn shops, local businesses, yarn shows and my very many wonderful customers. Thank you to everyone who has helped make this such a special part of my life. I’ll be cheering on all those who continue in the important work of promoting, supporting and valuing wool.
